Our challenge was to renovate an apartment of 127 m2 in Monaco for a couple and their daughter by using zen-inspired principles. A space with great potential that needed to be evaluated and reconsidered to develop a concept for maximizing and optimizing space and functionality. By using natural, elegant, and timeless materials and features, a soothing and zen atmosphere was created. A bespoke kitchen with central island was manufactured to form the centrepiece of daily living. The bright living room, the wooden staircase with suspended steps, customized fittings and storage facilities contribute to a functional living space.
